Kennedy Bespoke Millwork is a licensed C-6 cabinetry and woodworking business with a holistic approach, founded and operated by designer and cabinetmaker, Eileen Kennedy. Commercial and Residential Customers benefit from our multidisciplinary expertise, lens of intention, design and fabrication experience with Feng Shui informed sense of space. For businesses, we craft visual solutions to provide impact and showcase your values. Our priority is to listen to you so we can understand you and create an engaging and amplified environment.
Built in cabinetry and architectural woodwork are constructed with solid and veneered wood products. We use modern and traditional woodworking processes and technologies such as mortise and tenon joinery, bent lamination, and veneer patterning and matching for striking visual effects. Each piece is custom and hand-made and we have no stock materials or products. For customers who need economical options, we go a different way and offer our design services, construction concierge and project management. All customers can benefit from our unique point of view.
Cabinetry often requires other materials and skill sets for lighting, plumbing, countertops, floors and walls. We have allies in other trades that we collaborate with from the beginning stage through installation. We also have experience communicating with manufacturers overseas to get things made to our specifications.
Regionally sourced hardwoods and FSC certified wood are our go to materials. Our cabinet grade plywood is NAUF. As signatories of the AIA Material’s Pledge, we take seriously our responsibility to make choices in development that affect the health of the finished product. For each job, we refer to the framework of the five pledge statements to guide our design and fabrication. Upon completion, we asses how we met these ideals. Enduring designs and quality craftsmanship may be our most balanced contribution to the environment, building fine cabinetry with modern sensibilities that transcend time.
